Our Story
The Winston Butler was founded in 2026 by Justin Joslin — a Disabled Army Veteran who medically retired in 2020, and an experienced business coach and consultant who has spent years watching talented entrepreneurs struggle not because they lacked drive, but because they lacked the infrastructure, the team, and the tools that larger companies take for granted.
Justin watched firsthand how the odds are stacked against new business owners. Accounting, payroll, legal, marketing, sales, HR — each one a separate vendor, a separate invoice, a separate learning curve. Most entrepreneurs are forced to either do it all themselves or go without. Neither option works.
